Professional Services for intersection design and traffic management systems upgrade

The Corporation of the County of Haliburton (the Owner) is requesting written Proposals from qualified professional engineering Consultants to develop the design, develop the tender specifications and perform Contract administration for intersection improvements and the upgrade of existing traffic management systems for two transportation projects along County Road 21 in the Municipality of Dysart et al. 

  1. Intersection improvements at County Road 21 & Industrial Park Road 
  2. Traffic signals upgrade at two (2) intersections:
    1. County Road 21 & Independent Grocer 
    2. County Road 21 & County Road 1
