The Township of Algonquin Highlands (the Owner) is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors to complete the following work at the Dorset Fire Station in the Township of Algonquin Highlands: waterproof the existing foundation wall; provide new subdrainage to effectively collect and outlet any groundwater to a designed catchment basin; and improve stormwater management at the westerly side of the property through the design and placement of an engineered and unique spillway situated at the base of the embankment.
